1:1 Mentoring/Coaching 60 Minutes Session Agreement

Article 1: Scope

 

This is a Mentoring/Coaching contract between SONATA KUCIN as your Mentor/Coach and the BUYER, also called as client, mentee, coachee in

websites. We agree to fix the date for the session by email.

The following contract will cover  one online 60 min mentoring/coaching with Sonata, with the following understanding:

 

Article 2: Definition of Mentoring

 

Mentoring is a learning relationship, involving the sharing of skills, knowledge, and expertise between a mentor and mentee through developmental conversations, experience sharing, and role modelling. The relationship may cover a wide variety of contexts and is an inclusive two-way partnership for mutual learning that values differences. (European Mentoring Coaching Council Website).

Article 3: Definition of Coaching

 

ICF (International Coach Federetion) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Article 4: Duty

 

As a Mentee/Coachee you are expected to:

  • Bring real problems, questions and issues and be prepared for mentoring/coaching.

 

  • Be willing to share openly your experiences, mistakes, hopes and fears that arise from the process of mentoring/ coaching.

 

  • Recognize that attention is given to the process, feelings, and relationships as well as the content.

 

  • Provide open and timely feedback to your mentor/coach at any time.

 

  • Take notes of your mentoring/coaching sessions according to your own needs.

 

As your Mentor/Coach I will:

  • Manage the process, which means establishing the format and timing.

 

  • Provide a safe space for reflection.

 

  • Ask for your feedback regularly.

 

  • Treat all interactions with the utmost confidentiality.

 

Together we agree to:

  • Abide by the code of ethics of the EMCC in all aspects of our agreement avoiding any potential conflicts of interest and if conflict should arise, openly discuss how it should be handled.

  • Adhere to the plan and logistics of the sessions as mutually decided: Cancellations or rescheduling should take place with 24 hrs. notice.

 

  • Do not record mentoring/coaching sessions.

 

  • Honor the financial terms of the agreement as mutually decided.

 

 

Article 5: Liability

 

 

The Mentee shall not at any time be obliged to act on any Information, suggestion, advice, or guidance given by the Mentor as part of the services, but If to the extent that it does so, it shall do so at its own risk. As a result of this, the Mentee unconditionally and irrevocably waives any rights of action it may have against the Mentor because of any such information, suggestion, advice, or guidance.

The Mentee is advised to take independent financial, legal, or other appropriate professional advice before acting on any information, suggestions, advice, or guidance the Mentor gives.

 

Article 6: Fee

 

The fees are fixed according to your choosing plan on the payment page about.

 

 

Article 7: Basis Terms
